ADHD/Autism Online Parenting Course

Our online parenting training is made up of videos created from the perspective that when we build trust and collaboration with our ADHD/Autistic child, we create a stronger relationship with them, and this is what they (and we) need to work together through the challenges they encounter.

Our course is created and hosted by Shelley Farnham who has used her training in neurodevelopment and her own family experience to create this ADHD/Autism online parenting course – the 3 hours course is broken into 6 modules each with bite-sized, actionable videos because we know very well that we need small, simple steps to help us on this parenting journey.

It’s £47 for lifetime access to the videos – watch them anytime, at your convenience.

You want to have more collaboration in your family, working through things together rather than having those power struggles

What another parent says ...

I can’t recommend enough the Connect Parents video series. Each video is full of insightful, easy to understand information that offers practical advice and suggestions in a way that isn’t overwhelming.

Shelley’s approach is both compassionate and learned, and I don’t know how I would have navigated my daughters autism diagnosis without her. Absolutely Amazing.

Communicating with your young person

Explore giving your child or teen more choices and building collaboration with them by meeting them where they are. Help them to develop ways to communicate their feelings more easily.

Growing connection

Use this new understanding and different communication to build more trust with your child or teen. This means that your connection with them is strengthened – this won’t remove the challenges, but it will mean that you get through them together.

Moving forward with confidence

Create a strong sense of acceptance and belonging for your child in your family and know that you will have to review and redo many, many times – this is how we stay on the path of parenting our child in the way that feels good and supports them to be their wonderful, individual selves.
