What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect the name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies, of people who sign up to any of our memberships. We collect information about you during the signup process as well as some basic activities such as the dates you make purchases, login to the site, or cancel/pause/resume your subscriptions with us.
When you subscribe with us, we’ll ask you to provide an email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
— Send you information about your account and subscriptions. This may include payment receipts, password reset emails, and payment reminders.
— Create your membership account
For those who sign up to our newsletter through the contact form or through our Facebook group joining form, we retain their name and email address in Mailer Lite for contact via our regular email newsletter only. There is an unsubscribe button clearly visible on our newsletter.
We do not ask for any other personal data.
We do not collect any personal data about visitors to our website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
If you sign up to one of our memberships, your name and email address is passed to Mailer Lite, who retains these details for customer service and email newsletter purposes. (Please see the Mailer Lite Privacy Policy for details).
We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.(Please see the Stripe Privacy Policy for more details).
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, site Owner/Administrators can access:
— Order information such as your membership subscriptions, payment dates and amounts, and username / email address.
Any additional information added in your Member Profile can also be visible to the Administrator(s).
This website uses Burst Statistics, a Privacy-Friendly Statistics Tool to analyse visitor behaviour. For this functionality we (this website) collect anonymised data, stored locally without sharing it with other parties. For more information, please read the Privacy Statement from Burst Statistics.
Really Simple SSL and Really Simple SSL add-ons do not process any personal identifiable information, so the GDPR does not apply to these plugins or usage of these plugins on your website. You can find our privacy policy here.
This website uses the Privacy Suite for WordPress by Complianz to collect and record Browser and Device-based Consent. For this functionality, your IP address is anonymized and stored in our database. How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We store information about you for as long as your account exists.
How we protect your data
We protect your data by having one administrator of the website and Mailer Lite. All hardware is password protected and stored safely. Backups are made regularly and these are password protected too.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
